About the Chef
Fresco Cafe Italiano traces its roots back more than 40 years to the city of Brescia in northern Italy. Chef ROBERTO Crescini began his formal training at age 14 and spent over 40 years as a chef in Italy before bringing his skills to Houston.
Chef Roberto’s concept is to serve customized authentic Italian pasta quickly, using equipment imported from Italy to prepare handmade recipes. All items are made from scratch daily, ensuring quality and flavor.
